Mosbach lies at the confluence of the rivers Elz and Neckar, between the conurbations of Heidelberg, Mannheim, Heilbronn and Würzburg. The surrounding landscape with its large forests, fields and valleys is ideal for a holiday.
Mosbach’s historic town centre with its quaint half-timbered houses attracts many visitors. The Neckarelz Concentration Camp Memorial is just 5 minutes from the hostel.
The youth hostel, completed in 1995, consists of five wings and parts have been structurally connected with a historic mill. It is located on the south bank of the Elz, in the Neckarelz area west of the town centre.
