The building is an old 19th century factory workers´s residence, refurbished and modernised, and is located next to Bergantes River, surrounded by trees. It has grounds for activities, a green area next to the river and a large parking. In the Fábrica Giner complex, where the hostel is located, there is a children´s playground , sports centre and swimming pools. It is 4.5 km from Morella, a walled town with a medieval feeling, 104.8 km from Castellón de la Plana.
