Being a Tree House the Mission Beach hostel offers a truly unique experience. This spacious, island-style, pole-framed timber building is nestled in a lush rainforest. It features lofty ceilings and a sundeck overlooking a stunning pool area. Sun loungers, hammocks on shaded verandas, regular BBQ meals, the latest international newspapers and magazines, a great little library, CD player, board games...AND NO TV!
The hostel is close to Dunk Island, Mission Beach offers many activities including white water rafting on the Tully River, ocean kayaking to Dunk Island, outer reef cruises and reef fishing, skydiving on the beach, guided rainforest walks and self-guided walks. It's the perfect place to take a break and perfect for backpackers.
Rates quoted are standard non-member rates. YHA / HI members receive 10% discount at check-in.
