The hostel is a welcoming place for young people, families and groups, school trips and sport organizations. The hostel offers comfort, a wide range of services and a peaceful garden. It is well positioned for guests intending to visit sights of artistic and cultural interest such as Milan's Cathedral and Castle, Santa Maria delle Grazie Church with Leonardo da Vinci's last Supper, as well as night-life around Brera and Navigli areas, not to mention the ethnic restaurants, top-name fashion stores, sport facilities and San Siro Stadium.

| The best in hostels is that you can meet amazing people from all over the world. We met soooo cool people from Holland and we will certainly visit them in Amsterdam!
Plus- a good breakfast is included in the price and it's sweet:) Hostel response:

| The hostel was clean and no bad smells but I noticed that it was noisy in the hallway around midnight where people are talking loud and I could hear footsteps on the corridor which disturbs my sleep. | ||

| There is only one plug in room with 6 beds for 6 people??? Shower room is small and kind of weird. I would prefer to stay other places if I got better choice. Hostel response: | ||

| Quite a noisy place. Doors to rooms make a lot of noise and corridors seem to amplify sound. Security is OK since there are large lockers outside the rooms. Breakfast is basic but good for money. Like most large hostels it is a conveyor belt, so don't expect much help from the staff. | ||

| all around great service!! internet very very slow and it kept crashing or downloading emails, facebook so slowly and I had to keep buying 2 euros of time because I had to wait a long time for a simple email to open!! the closing of the dorms from 10am to 2pm was a bit strange...location ok... | ||

| The wi-fi is terribly slow in the evening. It takes an hour of waiting to do five minutes of work. They should get routers on each floor for guests who bring their own computers. How much can they cost?
And what do they need timed, password-protected wi-fi for anyway? What a joke!
The toilet rooms are a disgrace. They could put new seats on the toilets that can receive them, and replace toilets that can’t have attached seats. I don’t want to scrub pissed-on toilets every time I want to sit on one. Install urinals!
Simple breakfast of juice, cereal and coffee. Institutional and sterile. Helpful staff.
No kitchen. Normal Italian HI lockout and curfew. I recommend no Italian HI facilities
