The hostel was designed to be a small size hospitality structure and consequently it has only six bedrooms overlooking the vineyard, the vegetable garden and the Lagoon of Venice.The bedrooms are all different and take their name from the island in the Northern Lagoon Park. From each room you can enjoy a different view: in fact, some of them look directly out on to the Venice Lagoon while others face towards the ancient walled estate and the island of Burano. PRICE OF OVERNIGHT IN TWIN ROOM (ensuite bathroom ) IS € 30 p/p an p/d.

Sea port:	10 km Venice
Location:	Near Burano Island, 35 minutes from Venice.
Rail:	1 hour and half from Venice. From Piazzale Roma take line 1 and get off at Ca' d'Oro and then wake to Fondamenta Nuove or take line 42 or 52 and get off at Fondamenta Nuove. From Fondamenta Nuove go to embark A and take line LN ( Laguna Nord ) and get off at Mazzorbo ( 2nd stop ) .
