| Fees galore. No towel? Fee. No wifi? Fee please. No hot pot or mug for tea? Water fountain was not working.front door is a joke for security. Press and get buzzed in and easily walk around no questions asked. Hostel response: | ||

| The location is great and generally the hostel is clean, the shower is hot. Breakfast can be bought additionally and there are options for vegetarians as well. A minus are probably the beds, this sandwich type of construction is really strange. If you are on the highest bed be prepared - you will step down and have the feeling of almost stepping into the face of some other guest :( Hostel response: | ||

| Good tube access, 3 blocks from Black Friars and St. Pauls. I enjoyed that the bells at the cathedral announce the time time every hour like a grandfather clock. I stayed in a dorm room with 7 beds and 1 electrical outlet. The beds were triple bunk style so 4 out of 7 had to climb in and out. I charged my phone daily in the common area as could never access the outlet in my room. One person was smart an brought along a power bar so she could charge her phone and watch a movie on her iPad. Showers and toilets accessed through hallways. I would stay here again. | ||

| Nice staff........helpful, friendly.........
Excellent location++!!
The bunk beds have an awkward set up, being 3 rather than just the 2 beds. Therefore, it was a bit strange to have someone needing to be on your bed to get up............but even that was O.K.
Just great !!! Thanks. connie Hostel response: | ||

| Although we had help bring up our luggage I think a dumb waiter would be good to bring up the luggage. It would help the more elderly people and the staff wouldn't have to do it. Also when minors are staying the staff should patrol the halls to keep the noise at a minimum after 11pm. The kids next to our room were having a good time till 3 in the morning the night before we left. All in all a great week staying with you. Hostel response: | ||
