YHA Oxford Street is one of the HI network of hostels in London. The hostel is set in the heart of central London, located just off London's famous Oxford Street, with shops, cinemas, theatres and the many restaurants and clubs of Soho on the hostel doorstep. Specially discounted tickets for local attractions are available at the hostel reception.
In the Oxford Street hostel you will find a TV lounge, internet and WIFI access, self-catering kitchen and lockers to store your belongings. The hostel has many small 2, 3 and 4 bedded private rooms and dormitories. Most of our rooms have bunk beds but some have single beds. Please note this is a totally non-smoking hostel.

Things you should know about the hostel: None of the rooms are ensuite (showers and toilets are within easy access of all rooms). This hostel is a non-catering hostel, so you will need to prepare your own meals (nearest supermarket is within a 5 minute walk,) or choose to eat from any of the many restaurants and cafes in the area. Access information; the lift / elevator stops at Reception floor, access to the rooms is exclusively via the stairs. Due to the hostel location and layout of the building we would not recommend families bring children under the age of 14 here. YHA St Pancras, Thameside and St Paul's hostels are much better suited to families.
Reception is on the 3rd floor with lift access, accommodation on this floor is limited. The majority of rooms are via stairs only. Towels are available to rent or buy from reception.

| Location: | Central London, Soho District. From Oxford Circus Underground Station continue east to Poland Street (opposite HMV). Turn right on to Poland Street, and take the 1st left at the junction with Poland Street and Noel Street. YHA Oxford Street is next to the large mural on the wall. -- or -- Leave Oxford Circus Underground Station by exit 8 and turn left into Argyle Street. Walk to the end of the road and turn left into Great Marlborough Street. Walk until the intersection with Poland Street, here Great Marlborough Street changes into Noel Street and the hostel is next to the mural on the wall. |

| Not the most bustling or wild of hostels I've stayed at but had great staff and prime location. Definitely the best place for easy access to Oxford St, the bars and clubs of Soho, and only a 10-15 minute walk down to Trafalgar Square. Clean, good facilities/amenities etc, and an interesting mix of people. | ||

| Perfect for just staying the night like we did. The location is great of course. Both rooms and bathrooms were clean. The only downside is that the walls are thin like paper, and since our room was directly opposite the kitchen there was a lot of noise from early morning. Other than that, very good. | ||

| Loved staying in this hostel. Only a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus Tube Station. Staff were friendly and so helpful! Rooms were clean and adequate with bathrooms being cleaned regularly and lockers available in each room (just don't forget your locks). The hostel is secure, has a kitchen and awesome lounge room. Location is perfect - so close to awesome bars, restaurants and nightlife and only a few Tube stops away from plenty of the major sites in London. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. | ||
