| The reasons for my overall fair rating are two fold. The facilities and what they provided were great, but I had two issues. 1) The staff: the staff treated me like a dumb person, even though they work at a tourist service FOR people who don't know anything about London, so I felt very unwelcomed and less willing to approach staff for help/advice, which is what a hostel should be good at. 2) Internet: Internet is so valuable when you're traveling, and I thought the "free wifi for members" deal was great. BUT why would I get free wifi but have to PAY to use internet on one of the actual computers instead of my phone? I don't understand--very inconvenient. | ||

| Staff (especially Caesar) were extremely helpful when I accidently missed my bus home and helped me book a flight for the next day. They also were just as helpful and nice when asked for anything else, so the staff already are one reason to visit this hostel.
In contrast to other hostels I've seen, this one has proper sheets. Luggage lockers (one per person) are one the room, bring your own padlock or buy one at the reception. The beds have UK plugs for charging mobile phones over night.
The hotel lounge is really nice and has a bar (but you wont get alcoholic beverages after 11pm, just like in most London bars), paninis and pizza. Breakfast is not included in the price and costs 4.50 GBP. Eating and drinking in the hostel is neighter much cheaper nor more expensive than anywhere in London (which unfortunately is quite expensive). | ||

| Catia lugged up my heavy suitcase when elevator was not working to fifth floor. Thank you Catia. EVERYONE was great and extra friendly and smiling and helpful.... The staff deserves an A+. | ||

| The only thing I missed was free Wi-Fi, which I thought was standard with hostels. I got a pay-as-you-go SIM card (£15), which was more useful and cheaper than the hostel's Wi-Fi offer. | ||

| This hostel is pretty nice. The kitchen would need some new tools, like - if you are in the kitchen later than 6:00 AM, most probably you 'll need to make your tea in a glass, the same goes for the meals you want make :) The hostel is very busy, not really an opportunity to sleep well. | ||
