Hello! My name is Marina.I stayed there from Jan, 18 till Jan.25/ or better..I was supposed to.but I had an awful experience.First they put me in the wrong dorm. In an 8 female dorm. So they moved me to a six. But here unfortunately, 2 Latin American girls - 1 Brazilian,1 Mexican- were rude enough to heve me thrown out from there. They didn't make me sleep, When I needed because the previous night I had slept so little. So, when they returned to the room at 4:30 am, They woke me up. I only asked them to stop their alarms when they got up at 7. And they went to bad report me to the Manager. An English lady, who was very cruel and hypocrite with me. So I had to leave, with my money back, though!..All to say that this is The Worst among The YHA Hostels in London. And I am not going to return there again! I was very badly treated! Rubbish staff, and place!! Sorry!m

Internet access was a problem. Had to go to corner cafe to get it. Creaky floorboards kept some awake.

This was a family-friendly place in a great locations. For sports fans, you're only about a mile away from the stadiums and for anywhere else, you're just a train or two away. And the train system here is amazing.

There really were not enough toilets and because the toilet was attached to the shower in some situations it would just be a muddy/wet mess. The rooms are small and crowded (but this is what you get with a hostel), yet there are excellent common rooms through we were often yelled at by the night security, people who did not actually go to the hostel that were in the common room or some very loud travelers. Yet this hostel is in a great location that I would go back to again.

When we arrived the computer system was down causing difficulties with cards etc. The staff: Caroline, Patrizia, Martyn were so helpful at this point and throughout our stay. The self catering kitchen was very good, the beds comfortable, bathroom facilities mostly good. Some noise issues on ground floor and a 24 hour hostel but most people considerate - and friendly! Good chats and information passed in lounge and kitchen areas. Best of the 3 London hostels we have stayed at
