| The truth is that we booked a double room and got a room for 6 with only the 2 of us, with bunks in the room. We pais 50 euro for the room wich was the same price we paid the following day for a lovely B&B. Maybe for backpackers or groups is ok, but not for couples! | ||

| Having no sheets/pillow cases was the defining issue - not supplied nor available for hire - I asked! So repeated users have the same bed clothes including pillows! Hostel response: | ||

| This hostel seemed to have a lot of things that needed doing to it. The front door stuck, dining room tables and kitchen grubby. Holes missing in walls, cobwebs. Rising water coming up from my bathroom floor and in the kitchen. Mould on my bathroom ceiling and shower screen coming away from its fixings. | ||

| We got there and it wasn't open; it was closed, when I called I was told that an e-mail was sent and I was rebooked for a week later. In all fairness the guy I spoke to to was really nice and apologetic; he made some suggestions as to where we could stay locally or as a last resort drive over an hour to Galway to the next hostel.Everywhere was shut but we managed to get the last room at a local pub. | ||
