The hostel provides private and shared rooms, both with private bathrooms. All of them have electric fans. The hostel has an internal garden and a leisure area. We provide tours and tracks, bar service, bike rental, Internet access, currency exchange, TV room, library, laundry room, barbecue area, discounts in restaurants, snack bars, stores, drugstore and tour information.

We are a small hostel adapted to Hostelling International standards to provide our guests the coziest atmosphere in Lençóis, open 24/7 all-year round.

Centrally located in town, our hostel has 30 beds, with dorms and private, fan-cooled rooms.

Our buffet breakfast is a favorite among the most demanding and hungry backpackers.

There is a communal kitchen and a huge barbecue in the interior, shady garden with a balcony and hammocks. Group dinners are arranged by Chef Juan (Hostel owner), with vegetarian dishes at request.

Directions

Bus:	Intermunicipal Buses by REAL EXPRESSO depart daily from Salvador Bus Terminal at 7:00, 16:30 and 23:00. Trip from Salvador to Lençóis takes approximately 6 hours. Ticket costs R$ 55 and can be purchased with credit card (www.realexpresso.com.br). Once in Lençóis bus station, we can pick you up as a courtesy to our guests - by request.

Location:	Rua Urbano Duarte 121, Centro, Lençóis, Bahia CEP 46960-000, telephone (75) 3334-1497 Across from Lençóis Bus Station there is a river (Lençóis River). Cross the bridge to the other side of this river and once in front of historical Market like building turn right and immediate left onto Avenida 7 de Setembro (in front of Banco do Brasil). Once on this main and wide street, proceed going up all the way to "Praça do Coreto" (a bucolic little square with a bandstand in the middle). At square turn Left onto Rua Urbano Duarte, we are number 121.
Airport:	There is a weekly flight from Salvador at 11:30 a.m. with TRIP airline (www.voetrip.com.br) on Saturdays. Lençóis Airport is 20 km from the center of town.

Eu adorei o Hostel Lençóis-Chapada Diamantina! Atendimento eficiente, pessoas agradáveis, excelente localização! Minha melhor experiência em Hostel! Parabéns à administração do Hostel Chapada Diamantina, que fizeram dessas férias as melhores de minha vida! No Brasil sáo 92 HI Hostels nos lugares mais incriveis, como Itacare, Arraial d`Ajuda, Boipeba, Copacabana, Tabuleiro, Bonito, Foz do Iguacu, Pipa e tantos outros. The staff was so friendly and amiable. They were so helpful in finding things to do, restaurants to enjoy, hikes to take, etc. In addition, the hostel is kept in impeccable shape, so cleanliness was never an issue.
