Welcome to La Clusaz - A cosy hostel at the foot of the slopes.
The Ski area: Here, five connected massifs let you choose from a variety of sensations: superb slopes in the middle of the forest for a peaceful descents, snowshoe or cross-country ski outings, high summits with steep slopes for exploits, and snowboard spots. Are you a freestyle fan? Come to the La Clusaz snowpark or the boardercross! The resort’s snow guns ensure you have snow all the way to the hostel.
The resort La Clusaz, with its chalets nestled in the heart of the Massif des Aravis, has kept its Savoyard character. This authentic old village is the perfect getaway! Take in its traditions with the local craftsmen and take advantage of modern activities and services (fitness centre, swimming pool, skating rink, etc.).
The Slopes 1,100 m / 2,600 m Downhill skiing – Hostel at the foot of the slopes La Clusaz skiing area (5 connected massifs), 84 slopes (132 km) including 7 black, 24 red, 30 blue, 23 green. Cross-country skiing 70 km of slopes on 2 plateaus (Beauregard and Les Confins)
In winter, 130km of ski slopes, and in summer, paragliding, hiking, climbing and mountain bike. The La Clusaz Youth Hostel is a Savoie log cabin in the outstanding site of the Aravis mountain range. This place will attract sports lovers, and... gourmets too, as it is also famous for its gastronomy.
A warm welcome in two chalets. One is an old farm dating from the beginning of the 20th Century, fully refurbished in a way which highlights its traditional character. The other one is a new style mountain chalet. Both offer an outstanding view over the Aravis Valley.
Located at the foot of the Massif de l'Etale, the hostel is ski-in/ski-out, with guaranteed snow thanks to snow cannons.
In winter we offer 3 - 7 day half-board or full-board packages. Ski pass and equipment are optional.
In summer we offer full-board, half-board or overnight + breakfast.
