On STF Kolarbyn is no electricity or running water. Here you go to sleep virtually in front of the crackling fireplace and wake up to beautiful birdsong. Silence, wilderness and forest exciting experiences are just a few hours from the bustle.
The hostel is a collection of charcoal huts in the middle of the forest. Here are twelve charcoal cabins with two bunks for sheepskin rugs and sleeping bags. All charcoal huts have wood-burning stove and you cut yourself your own wood and can pick blueberries directly on the roof.
The area offers good opportunities for outdoor recreation and fine fishing lakes, barbecue areas and great hiking. The hostel is a green lodging facility built from natural materials. Part of the proceeds received by the STF Kolarbyn go directly to the conservation of natural and cultural assets in the form of various projects. A visit to the hostel will be an exciting and intimate nature experience for both large and small.
