Situated right on Lake Zell’s south bank, boasting its own beach, Zell am See youth hostel is a paradise for swimming and water sports.
Activities include surfing, sailing, river rafting, climbing, paragliding, diving as well as boat trips and at Kitzsteinhorn Mountain you can ski all year round, even in summer.
Some of the regional highlights are the Großglockner Alpine Road, the Hallein salt mine, the Krimmler Falls and of course Salzburg as a major cultural centre.
Enjoy bathing fun at our own beach or go skiing down a glacier slope in summer! Zell am See youth hostel is always the right place to stay!

| A very lovely hostel which is situated just in front of the lake. You can enjoy sun bathe and enjoy the lake view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and dinner as well. Thank you. | ||

| Waterfront location is perfect, dinner at the hostel is excellent, only problem is that the wifi is not free, it uses the awful Daphix pay system. | ||
