Customer Reviews Kuala Lumpur - Citin Masjid Jamek

| Problem is that there is a mosque near by and I was woken every morning at 6am by the morning prayer call. Also the staff took over 2 hours to try to locate my booking and check me in even with my confirmation number so that was pretty atrocious. | ||

| Room cleanliness was not good. Rooms are small and congested.

| My room had bed bugs and since I arrived at the hotel room at 11:30 pm and knew no one in a foreign place, I was stuck there and the damage was already done. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire 4 days I was there. If you want peace of mind and quiet (a lot of families stay there and they tend to let their kids have free reign in the morning (7/8 am) to make all the noise they want, skip this place. | ||

| Wifi wasn't very good. There were many times when it wouldn't work and when it did it was so slow.
I had to ask twice for some towels as there weren't any in my room.
The tour man wadn't very helpful: I wanted to go on the elephant tour and he said as I was on my own I couldn't go. Then I went to the MTC and no problems, after one phone call I was going! | ||
