| I have two comments in french :

| This Hostel is my top favourite in New York City. Friendly and helpful Staff. Even the 8-Bed-Dorms are spaciously. Facilities are new and modern. My Harley got a safe place, too. I surely will come again. | ||

| I loved my stay here, I thought it was clean and had great facilities. It was a little out of the way but it was so close to the subway that it really didn't matter. I would definitely go back again and recommend it to others | ||

| The premium dorm was pretty much like any other standard dorm I've stayed in, not like your advertised pictures. Also the green rating could be improved by putting plugs in sinks so we don't waste gallons of water! | ||

| I'm used to hostels with a kitchen and travel information section and there was neither. What happens to the Tips being shared below? No advice was available. Otherwise was very good. Cross streets included in the address would be very helpfull. | ||

| Excellent hostel. I only have one suggestion/improvement: Provide basic free foods constantly, ie butter/oil for cooking, tea/coffee is always useful, milk could also be considered. | ||

| This was a great hostel, as far as amenities go - fantastic kitchen! The bathrooms etc were kept clean. I was however rather annoyed upon arrival (at 2am) to be told I'd have to change rooms during my stay. I booked the hostel 2 months prior to my trip and was not told at that time that I would need to change rooms. Having worked in the hotel industry, it's not usually standard procedure to move someone during their stay, unless they were a last minute booking or a walk-in. It was annoying to have to pack up and put my belongings in storage etc - I was only there 2 days and 3 nights, so didn't need this during my short stay. However, the staff did their best given the circumstances, and everyone was professional and efficient. I did stay again for one night, and would return and recommend the hostel to other travellers. But, would encourage them to check they weren't going to have their room switched on them, before arriving - it's not good policy. | ||
