At the entry point to Atlantic Provinces and set amid the Appalachian mountain range, the Campbellton Lighthouse is the only operating Lighthouse Hostel in Canada, and it is also situated on the banks of the world renowned Restigouche River.
The dorms are clean and comfortable, a well equipped kitchenette is at your disposal, a common area to use and free linen is included in the price. The Hostel is minutes away from the bus station and train station, taxi stands, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and the vibrant nightlife.
If you enjoy biking, hiking or simply enjoy nature the Sugarloaf Park is the place to go. For the amid cyclist live a unique mountain biking experience and ride Atlantic Canada’s only lift serviced Bike Park where you can experience the thrill of riding their wide variety of trails from beginners to experts. You are sure to have an epic day riding the trails at Sugarloaf Park.
One of the highlights of the year in Campbellton is the annual Salmon Festival. This year, it runs from June 28th to July 7th and includes a parade, amusement park, great bands, salmon supper and family oriented events.
On August 2, 3 & 4 come join us at the Campbellton Bluegrass for a full weekend of the best Bluegrass music found in Atlantic Canada. Thousands of Bluegrass lovers come from all over to hear the talented bands.

| The hostel was overall fantastic, I only seemed to have had bad luck with the mattress, which was badly worn out.

| Port in the storm, literally, ame in during massive storms. Lost power part of night. There is little yo do in one room reception area. Not much in town. Tremendous bunked rooms for each sex. Since they rarely get more than a few guests this is not a problem. Small clean kitchen. | ||
