The 800 years old city of Chemnitz has many faces, some of which are concealed and sometimes difficult to spot. It boasts varied architectural styles, sensational art and culture programmes, festivals and sports events, parks and green areas. The Youth hostel is situated at the eastern outskirts in a quiet location.
People of 27 years or over pay a surcharge of €3 per night.
Surcharge for single and twin rooms p. p. p. n. (subject to availability): Single: €10 Twin: €4 (doesn’t apply to group guides);
Rebate for children: Up to 2 years free of charge, 3 – 13 years 30% rebate;
Group rebate: For a group of 20 paying customers another one totally free (accommodation, sheets and meals at the YH).
