Sylarna is a mountain range on the border between Norway and Sweden. At the foot of the mountain lies Sylarna Mountain Lodge. For centuries people have been coming here to enjoy the beautiful landscape and the spectacular mountain area.
Sylarna Mountain Lodge is a center for both hiking and skiing in the western mountains of Jämtland, Sweden. Many people stay here for an extra night to enjoy the area and maybe make an attempt to reach the summit of Storsylen. The summit is 1 762 meters over sea level and lies on the Norwegian side of the border.
Sylarna Mountain Lodge can offer 118 beds, in different kinds of rooms. You can stay in a private room as well as in doorms. After a day outside you can enjoy a hot sauna with a wonderful view out to the mountains.
Breakfast is served as well as packed lunch. Dinner you cook by yourself, in a large self catering kitchen.
