It's basic and cheap, but then you have to add on wifi costs and the fact that at least one of the showers is in an unlockable room and it's not that great. Not much choice in innsbruck though, bus stops at the front door, breakfast is fine, washing is cheap but slow.

The room we were in would have been a 4, not 6 person room in any other hostel. Felt very squeezed in. The building is very 60’s and the showers / toilets are not great. Innsbruck has some beautiful mountain views, but this hostel should be stripped and refitted. Part time reception.

Very good value and although on outskirts of Innsbruck, well served by bus route 'O'. This would be useful information to appear on the website entry. We were extremely comfortable and would like to visit again.

Innsbruck-Reichenauerstrasse was not the best hostel I've stayed during my trip, but is wasn't bad eighter. It was, in every case, better than the Milano-Piero Rotta hostel. The hostel was all right, but the organisation might work a little on some cosyness, because the building complex feels quite gloomy.

Breakfast could be better, too much sweet things and no alternative like a sugar free musli.

People smoke in the building. Enough said about the smell of the entire place. The washrooms need to have something done with them. Not only are they dirty there in desperate need of an update. Even after they were just cleaned it felt dirty.
