Stadion Hostel is magnificently set in Helsinki Olympic Stadium, in the center of Helsinki. We offer you the best value in the town with the rates starting from 22 E / night (19,80 Euros for HI-members). Our hostel has a joyful and relaxing atmosphere. This is the place to meet other travellers. We have few private rooms in the hostel, but mostly we gather travellers together to dormitories. Totally we have 162 beds in our hostel. We welcome you to enjoy the Finnish hospitality with us.
The rates include accommodation, bed linen and towel. Buffet-breakfast available for extra charge 6,30 Euros. We offer guests free internet (2 PC:s and wlan on common areas) and parking. There are customer kitchen, TV room and luggage room available for our customers. You can buy public transportation cards, souveniers and snacks (venging machine) at the reception area.
Our staff knows Helsinki and Finland well, and are happy to help you with all questions you may have. The reception is open 24 h.

| Bus: | East, west and north going domestic buses as well as citybuses and trams have their stops very close to our hostel. |
| Metro: | trams #7 and #3 stop in 200m (Stop "Auroran Sairaala"); trams #4 and #10 in 400 m (Stop "Töölön Halli") |
| Parking: | A lot of free parking space in Hostel grounds |
| Sea port: | Helsinki Passenger Harbours in 3 kms. If you arrive to Helsinki by Silja Line or Linda Line ferries, take the tram # 3 T, and ask the driver to drop you off by the Aurora Hospital, from where it is about 300 meters walk to our hostel. If you arrive to Helsinki by Viking Line, Nordic Jet Line or Sea Wind ferries, take the tram # 4, and ask the driver drop you off by the "Töölön Halli", from where it is about 400 meters walk to our hostel. If you arrive to Helsinki by Tallink or Eckerö Line ferries, take the bus # 15 to Ruoholahti metro station, and change there to tram # 8, and ask the driver drop you off by the Opera House, from where it is about 600 meters walk to our hostel. |
| Location: | We are located right in the Olympic Stadium in the Helsinki City Center. All the main sites of the capital are within easy walking distance. We are surrounded by several sport arenas, close to the Finnish National Opera. |

| Nice hostel in a very nice location (in the olympic stadium). The common areas (kitchen etc.) are good, the rooms pretty big. Only the bathrooms weren't that good. | ||

| I have stayed in Stadion Hostel 5 years ago and there were a lot dishes in the kitchen, knives and other needful devises. But now... :((( Also it was very sad to found out no liquid soap in the bathroom. I don't know if we ever stay in Stadion hostel once more. Anyway, thank you! | ||

| The hostel is quite old and needs some renovation. The configuration of the beds and showers also offers zero privacy. However the hostel is still OK for short stays. | ||

| Actually, Stadion Hostel is a good place to stay if you wanna bed and breakfast and don't care too much about details. As for me - I often stay there. Ah, one more thing - wi-fi is terrible there, but there are PCs in a common hall. | ||

| Stadion Hostel is the good place for me for starting my student life in Helsinki. It is comfort and all Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good also. It is easy to go to the city center, to buy food in Alepa, to buy cell phone voucher in R-Kioski, and to withdraw money in Otto ATM. I recommend anybody who is visiting Helsinki or new students who dont get apartment yet to stay in Stadion Hostel. For Stadion Hostel, I say kiitos! =) | ||
