| Bus: | There is a bus traveling from the airport to Hanoi. It is not terribly convenient but cheap. It is for the truly hardy travelers and not highly recommended. |
| Parking: | Motorcycle or bicycle parking can be arranged in front of the hotel. |

| Rail: | Taxi's are available from the Hanoi central railway station to the hotel for about 5 usd. |
| Airport: | Noi Bay airport pickup can be arranged with prior notice. You can also get taxi's directly to the Hanoi Deluxe Hotel at the airport for around 18 usd. There is a Vietnam airline minivan for around 4 usd which will take you to the Vietnam Airlines office. From there you would need to walk about 20 minutes to the hotel, or take a taxi for around 3 usd. |

| The hot thing make this you feel at home is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are great cozy and clean. We booked the Halong bay at hotel without any trouble. Miss Moon is a wonderful Manager.Highly recommend this hostel. | ||

| My friends recommended us this hostel after their staying. Like they said, this was a great hostel among thousand hotels and hostel in Hanoi city. First impression in this city was crazy traffics, but hostel staff made our stay as home feeling. They help us how to handle the traffics and cross the road, they recommended us where to visit, eat...As my friend recommended we booked through this hostel our all trip in Vietnam for Halong bay, Sapa booking hotels, transportations in Hue, Hoian, Nha Trang, Saigon and Siem Riep. We did the packages without accident. We were very happy with their help and services, There would no more hostel can do like them.
