| The ladies at the front desk were lovely but the guy wasn't very friendly and he didn't listen very well. The place wasn't very well sign posted from the train station, there were signs leaving the station but they suddenly disappeared once out the door.
The place was clean and the atmosphere was good. | ||

Very cold rooms; no internet: the staff said that the wi-fi was broken but they showed no interested to get it repaired, there were just some very expensive common computers that didn't work properly; everything was for payment: once HI hostels were more friendly | ||

| This is my 2nd stay at this hostel. What I don't understand is why there is no special time it should be quiet. I'm thinking of all youngsters who sit in the corridors chatting very loudly after 11 p.m, when at least I think it ought to be quiet.

| Re location: fabulous, espeically being close to an U Bahn; also the view from the garden to eat breakfast - WOW1!!!!
However it was VERY hard to find (carrying my luggage) even though I had printed out the directions. You just have a blob, won;lt even mention the Wagerne Weg on the map! It wshould mention taking tha apparent lane way toe the left of the UBahn station, up the hioll and turn first leeft - instaed you lead us through lots of streets that do NOT take you to Wagener Weg
Re Value: when I rese4rved on inernet it was E23 a night but when I arrived they said it is E26. They did abide by the orignal rate but your web regstarion is misleading. | ||

| The kitchen facilities were very poor.No fridge/oven availability.No sharp knives.Few dishes. Laundry in kitchen made it unbearably hot. Kitchen access is very difficult-not what you'd expect from an HI hostel.
Many young teenagers caused a lot of noise during the day-enough to cause us to complain.
One front desk ladies was particularly rude, accusing us of making a mess in the kitchen before we had even used it.
This hostel advertises it has a kitchen, but perhaps it shouldn't even mention it. We felt that we were pressured to eat dinner at their restaurant.
Wifi should have been included in the price we paid.
Parking was a challenge.
Having a friendly welcome with accessible maps and a helpful pointer or two would have been lovely.

| Room 211 bed number 1. Ribs under bed become loose when somebody step on stairs to go bed number 2. Can you add strength to outer edge of the bed number 1. I belive it's a problem on all lower beds.
It'd be good improvement if hostel customers could buy access to internet from hostel. Hostel could give password all who have purcahsed access. | ||
