With only a five minute walk along the harbor in Nissan, you will enter into a vibrant city with beautiful green parks around it.
STF Halmstad Hostel Kaptenshamn offers simple rooms with bedside tables, reading lamps and a shared bathroom. Some rooms have private bathrooms. In total there are 26 rooms in the house and you can choose to stay in single rooms up to 2-6-bed rooms.

| Bus: | If you arrive with a regional bus, go over to the other side of the tracks and then continues down towards the river Nissan. Down there you take a left and where to find us. |
| Parking: | You can park by our garage if there's space or you can park around our house. |
| Location: | Kaptenshamn is 3 minutes of walking from the Central Station and 5 minutes walking from the city. |
| Rail: | From Halmstad Central Station is only 3 minutes walk to Kaptenshamn Hotel and Hostel. Follow the road down to the river Nissan and then take left. |
| Airport: | Our airport is located about 4 km from the hostel and the easiest to get here is a taxi or bus. Take bus 60, it takes you into the city. Get off on Österskans and follow the river Nissan down to the harbor. |
