The Endla Hostel is located in the centre of Haapsalu town, next to the seaside and the old town. Nearby the hostel is the Episcopal Castle and Cathedral dates back to the 13 th century, SPA's and health's centres. Haapsalu is a small medieval town by the Baltic Sea and is a gateway to the islands of Estonia. Haapsalu Yacht Club is a friendly stopover for yachts sailing on the Baltic Sea. The town is internationaly famous for its mud-baths, spa’s and health centre’s.
The hostel was built in 1961 and renovated in 2001. Hostel offers 7 twin and 2 triple rooms (extra beds are available). Showers and bathrooms are in the hall. In the common room is possible to watch TV and make a coffee or tea on the kitchen. Other facilities: Secure parking (price for year 2007 - 25EEK/1,6EUR per night), stove and refrigerator in the kitchen, it is possible to make breakfast, dinner or supper on the kitchen.

700m from the port of Haapsalu
Location:
Haapsalu is approx. 100km from Tallinn. There are frequent (20 a day) buses from Tallinn and also buses from Tartu, Kardla, Parnu and Virtsu. The buses arrive in the old train station at Jaama tanav 1. It is about 700 m from the bus stop to our hostel. There are two ways to reach us from the station. First way: St. Kalda straight ahead and turn right on St. Eha (second street to the right)on the end of the street you see Endla hostel, Second way: by main street Posti, turn to the left St. Kreutzwaldi and second street to the right is St.Endla. By the way St. Posti 37 is Haapsalu Tourist Information Centre.
