| The elevator was too slow. Is there any safety issue with it?
I was in a private room for one week. It would have been nice if our towels had been replaced at least once. Otherwise, everything was fine. Thank you! Hostel response:

| The surrouding of the bed room was extemly noising.
the showers were not very clean.
The staff was not very clear in their explainations, for example they did not mention the real price of the locker (4£ instead of only 1$ for a small luggage). It was also the first time I saw the staff cannot keep in a secure luggage storage our luggage without paying anything. and it was not.
Compared to all hi hostel in worldwide I did, in Europe and Australia, I was wery disappointed. Hostel response:

| Mini-blinds didn't block light from street at night. The window was stuck open a wide crack and the air conditioning kept blasting even though it was colder than 59 degrees outside. I solved the problem on the 2nd night by stuffing towel in window and draping blanket over bed to stop blower draft and put my bed in the dark. We paid more for the private room so that is why I only graded them "good" on value for money. Hostel response: | ||

| It is very important for the comfort to have bed lamps so that each individual can read in bed and so that those in the top beds can avoid the glaring light in the ceiling. Hostel response: | ||

| Unfortunately we checked out because of an issue in the room on the first night and didn't get the money for the first night back, even we haven't slept there... The staff wasn't really helpful and didn't understand our concernes. However this was not satisfying at ALL!! Hostel response: | ||
