The hostel is centrally located to the Finger Lakes, Lake Ontario, and the New ork State Fair. Explore Syracuse's history at the Onondaga Historical Association, Erie Canal and Salt Museums, or St. Marie Among the Iroquois. Visit our zoo, see a baseball game or the gorgoeus Fall foliage. Downhill, cross-country skiing and skating are availale nearby in the winter.

| The place smelled of cigarette smoke. I didn't think smoking was allowed. | ||

| Syracuse is not the best city in the world, but this may well have been the best hostel I have ever stayed at. Furthermore, also very cheap. | ||

| Wonderful and charming hostel. Staff here are wonderful and friendly. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I loved the homely furnishing, none of the usual ikea hostel fittings here! I only stayed one night purely to go to Pastability, restaurant in town i saw on the food channel, so for that reason it us a little out of the way for downtown. | ||

| It took a long time for staff to get back to me about the after-hour arrival proceedings. Furthermore staff didn't tell me they didn't accept credit cards prior to arrival. There was no room key and there were no lockers in the rooms. The blankets were also very thin so it was cold. But friendly service, comfortable mattress, sturdy beds, good shower apart from moldy shower curtain. | ||
