Customer Reviews HI - Santa Cruz

| The lengthy lockout during the day is incredibly inconvenient. I can't understand how it takes that long to clean. On days when the weather is nice it's not so bad, but when the weather isn't good where is a person to go? One can only sit in a coffee house for so long. I would like to see this time shortened or perhaps have the common cottage changed first so people could hang out there after AB hour lockout. | ||

| Closed with military precision 11-5 every day, not so much fun, apart from that, great hostel! | ||

| Cute cottages and excellent location. I found it very inconvenient that guests aren't allowed inside between 11am and 5pm - I didn't intend to spend much time inside in the middle of the day, but it would have been nice to be able to take a hot shower after surfing. I'm also surprised that those hours weren't made clear when I booked. | ||

| Worst rule: the hostel is locked from 11am to 5pm. Can't use bathroom or access your stuff. | ||

| Lovely spot which I can recommend . It was quite unfortunate, however that one girl in woke everyone up in the middle of the night, talking to someone on her cell and would not stop until I had asked her several times, and then she finally took her call outside. I never could get back to sleep. Very rude Hispanic girl. | ||

| The place also must attract kind and courteous guests, as no one had issues to bare onto others, and the dorm room was quiet. It was a full house and the guests were all kind to each other. :-) | ||
