| The first time I stayed I was put in a 4 bed room with ensuite. It was very nice. This time it was a 4 bed room but very small. More suited to be a double | ||

| I stayed here with a friend and was very happy. The beds were comfortable, clean and with only 4 people in the dorm there was plenty of room. Very good location to shops, bars and restaurants. A welcoming common area and very comfy theatre room made it hard to see why someone would book a hotel. | ||

| Very friendly and capable staff. I also stay in the HI Boston and the staff were very rude. The level of cleanness in HI Boston is appalling in comparison to the HI San Francisco downtown. I enjoyed my steady very much in San Francisco. Thank you and keep up the good work! | ||

| Maybe place some (small) vending machines in case people want to buy soda or snacks late at night? Or maybe you don't want that because there's a small drugstore close by. And please replace the mattresses; my back was killing me after ten days | ||

| Enjoyed my stay there. Location is excellent as it is right in the hub of San Francisco. With visitors Information just 5 minutes away at Powell Metro (yellow metro line)
Staff were very helpful. I would go and stay again. | ||

| This was one of the better hostels i've stayed in (and I've seen a few over the years!). Super friendly staff. Breakfast of cereal, coffee, juice and bagels free each morning. Free wifi was great which a lot of places don't provide. Room was nice and tidy although the bathroom could've had an overhaul but not bad. Excellent loaction near main shopping strip and restaurants. Definitely recommend it. | ||
