| I had booked a tour, but the pick up location was changed. The information never made it to me. I was told it was pasted on my room door. Well I missed the tour, but since I had more days re-booked it for the next day. So all went well. Everything else was excellent, and the location is fantastic | ||

| I love Quebec City and its HI hostel even though the absence of elevator made me have a hard time to carry all my baggages through stairs. Its staffs and location is nice. | ||

| The staff here are really friendly and very helpful. They directed us to a really nice crepe restaurant just around the corner for breakfast (there are 2 - they told us which was the cheapest), everything that's going on in the city, where is free to get in, etc. | ||
