Located in the sunny Okanagan Valley, the HI-Penticton Hostel is close to the town's cafés, shops and nightlife and only three blocks from the sandy shores of Okanagan Beach. The Okanagan is famous for hot, sunny weather, beautiful lakes and mountains, and festivals such as the Okanagan Wine Festival - the hostel even organizes winery tours. Winter brings champagne powder for skiing and riding.

Directions

Bus:	200 metres from the Penticton Greyhound bus station! Just head south down Ellis St. from the station.
Parking:	Available at the hostel.
Location:	HI-Penticton is located in the heart of downtown, near the intersection of Ellis St and Padmore Ave. From Hwy 97, continue on Eckhardt Ave West. Turn left at Main St, turn right at Padmore Ave East. Turn left at Ellis St, and we're on your right!
Airport:	7 km from the Penticton Regional Airport. Head south on Airport Rd toward Silverdart Ct. Turn left at Hwy 97/Skaha Lake Rd. Continue to follow Skaha Lake Rd. Continue on Main St, then turn right at Padmore Ave East. Turn left at Ellis St, and we're on the right side.

Our room was right next to the patio and was very loud until late at night. It was so hot that we could not shut the window to deaden the sound. Other than that, very sweet staff and met some great people! Penticton was a great experience!

Call the office before it closes around 10 pm if your checking in late. For two reasons: you can get your key in a secure spot without the staff and to verify your booking accommodation.
