| First the general manager was away for the weekend leaving next door neighbours in charge of checking in. The beds were very old with bed bugs covering every bed with no lockers in the bedrooms. Advertised when I booked was a free breakfast and a tv room none of which were available and I had to pay cash only. A very poor hostel with only two good points wifi signal was excellent and the location was good about 10 minute walk to the falls Hostel response: | ||

| I love everything overthere!!! Thank you Scott, Elaine for your best taking care of me. The location is a little bit far from the falls but it gives a quiet location which I like a lot. | ||

| Knowing the hostel does not allowed alcohol and discriminate the religions giving a welcoming feeling for a Moslem like me. I enjoyed staying at the hostel as it feels really homey and wish to come back in future! | ||

| The worst hostel I've ever seen! The kitchen/eating room smelled so disgusting that we couldn't eat in there. We couldn't lock our room nor close it. Some of our food that we put in the fridge in the kitchen was stolen. The toilet was broken. There were hair on the beds. We tried to talk to the manager about that, but she could never give us a real answer nor help us. Beside that, everything would have been better if there had been someone cleaning more often.
