| バス: | [from Hyannis or Provincetown, take the Plymouth & Brockton bus to the Orleans rotary. (Do not go to Eastham!) When you board the bus, tell the driver you need to get off on the Orleans rotary (roundabout) at the Rock Harbor exit; drivers will do this during daylight hours. From the rotary, turn left onto Rock Harbor Road. Then turn right onto Bridge Road. Turn right onto Goody Hallet Drive. The hostel driveway will be on your left. The walk from the rotary to the hostel is about 0.75 mi (~1.2 km).
If you will arrive by bus, it is critical that you arrive before dark as the walk to the hostel is along a road with no sidewalk. It is certainly safe to walk to the hostel, but only during full daylight. (There is no taxi service in Orleans.)
Leave Hyannis on the 4:30pm bus (or earlier). To make that connection: leave Boston on the Plymouth & Brockton bus by 2:15pm or New York City on the 9:30am Peter Pan bus.
