| I was grateful to have a place to stay while in transition. My only concern was that that when I rang the doorbell to the establishment after midnight, the personnel at the front desk ignored me. I was only able to get in after another guest used his card to let me in. When I asked the staff why they didn't let me in, they said they didn't know I was there even though they could see me gesturing to them through the glass. I would recommend the door bell be fixed. Other than that small issue, my stay was pleasant and easy and I would recommend it to others. | ||

| This Hostel was superb, I stayed in the old one, and loved it, but this was such a surprise, every comfort and such a spacious room, great breakfast and excellent position, walk to Subway to go to Airport, and great restaurant next door.
Thankyou Lynette Brebner Australia | ||

| HI-Boston has a small library but a very good one, lots of variety of books. Thank you for having that onsite, and maybe later on you can add space for more books! | ||

| I was impressed. Such a good place! Clean, comfortable, good light. The breakfast is not impressive, but anyway, is a good start for a day off walking around the city. | ||

| The ventilation system in the dorms (at least the one I was in), was noisy. No other comments. | ||
