Wada Youth Hostel is one of three HI hostels in Guilin. Located 10 mins from Guilin train station the hostel has convienent transportaton on its doorstep, allowing guests to easily move onto their next destination in china. The hostel is well-equipped with excellent facilities and helpful staff, making your stay more comfortable and trip more exciting.

Wada Youth Hostel is just 10 minutes walk from Guilin train station, located at No.212, Huanchengxi 1 Road, with the most convenient transportation that goes to Yangshuo, Xingping, Longsheng and other places of interests.
The special feature of Wada Hostel is that fresh bamboo is around almost every corner, in the countryard, on the wall, with bamboo roof. Sitting on the balcony, under the wide open blue sky, you would like to sing: Bamboo bamboo in the world, better and better our life in Wada Hostel.
Wada hostel is more than just bamboo because we kept the old style bed of the northern part of China. Our bar will surprise you with DVD room, viedo games, tea house, cocktail, fine wine and yummy food.

Directions
| Bus: | Exit the Bus Station on Zhongshan Road; DON’T cross the street. Take bus No. 2 or 10, and get off at the last stop, Yuan Lin Zhi Wu Yuan (园林植物园), then walk back about 50m, and cross the main street. There you will find the sign of Wada. |

| Rail: | From Guilin train station By bus----Take Bus No.12 or 21,get off at the next stop called "园林植物园yuan lin zhi wu yuan",walk across the road,you will see the sign of Wada Hostel. Walk from the train station----Exit the train station and turn right Zhongshan Nan Road. Take the first right Shanghai Road and go under the bridge. At the crossroads turn left Huancheng Xi 1 Road. Go straight for about 300m. On the left you will see a gate with two stone lions and the sign of Wada Hostel. Go through the gate and follow the road round until you come to Wada. From Guilin North Train Station Take bus No. 1 and get off at the last stop, and cross the main street. You will find the sign of Wada. |
| Airport: | 1)By Shuttle Bus: Take the shuttle bus (￥20.00 /person)at the airport and get off at the train station, then take a taxi to Wada,It will cost you ￥8 to come here by Taxi from the train station. 2)By Taxi: we offer pick-up service from the airport (￥120 per car). | We did our local sightseeing with a female taxi driver arranged by the hostel. Although she knows little English, she makes up for it with her charm and bubbly nature! Sorry I did not catch her name! | ||

| If we ever go to Guilin again, we will definetly stay here.. The breakfast and the other food is fresh and with a lot of love done!!

| Very friendly staff and affordable. Good food at the hostel too. A little bit out of the main part of town, but an easy bus ride in (there is a stop nearby). | ||
