In Sept. 2012 we had booked a double room from 8th to 12th Febr. 2013 - the days of Carnaval. I made the deposit of 17.60 Rs., expecting to pay a rest of 334.40 Rs, as shown on my "itinerário" (88 Rs per night) When it came to pay the bill, Dalton , the owner,asked a daily rate of 100 Rs, because it was Carnaval. After my protesting, he reduced to 90Rs, but didn't subtract my deposit. I had asked him by e-mail to tell us how to get there from Paranagua. He told to pick us up at the rodoviaria. He did so and took us to the island in his private motor boat. Quite comfortable, but he charged 50 Rs. per person, each way. He never mentioned that there was a regular public boat service, for 20 Rs. So we had no choice. This , we didn't like. One of the 3 toilets (for 8 people) was out of order for the whole stay. The buckets in the toilets were not emptied when necessary. Breakfast was good. We would like to come again, but we wouldn't stay with Dalton next time.

Péssimo atendimento ao cliente, seja via web seja presencialmente. Aliás, ao vivo o senhor Dalton consegue ser ainda mais arrogante e mal educado.
