YHA Greymouth is nestled amongst the bush-clad hills of Greymouth. This 4 star hostel was a Marist Brothers residence in the 1930s. The ex-Catholic building is full of character and ambiance. Overlooking the town and the sea, the hostel boasts fantastic views and you can even catch a glimpse of Mount Cook or the Hector Dolphins from the river mouth. The old chapel has been converted into a bedroom and the study into a lounge. Guests can make use of the guitar and piano.
