| Very nice reception staff, some issues with door cards but could be resolved quickly. | ||

| We booked "2 Night in a room from 2 to 4 beds with shower and toilets + half board + ski pass, transportation, equipment at preferential rate (to book at the hostel)". Reception knew nothing about these preferential rates and denied that they offered them - was a waste of money! No lockers available, and the location is 30 mins from the train station. | ||

| Huge issues with the key cards for entering rooms...never knew when a key would work or not, made it impossible for people going out at night who couldn't rely on getting back into their room without someone from the inside waking up and letting them in. Breakfast was very poor, you would expect a french breakfast to include pain chocolat or a crossiant but there was nothing like this to be seen, it was more like a basic german breakfast but without any cheese or meats. Apart from these two things the hostel was perfect, but they just need to take some greater consideration for the overall experience of their guests. | ||

| I enjoyed being there, though for a single day visit.
Julien was very nice and hospitable.
My room made from Tunis was also very gentle and nice. I wish I could have his contact email, if you may pl send.
One suggestion, I found it slightly difficult to find out the location in the previous night, a direction board near the Cafe or the bus stop would help first timers.
I hope to visit the facility again, shortly, and recommend to my friends,
Best wishes,
Manohar

| This was a lovely hostel because the staff were exceptionally nice and I happened to be there at a quiet time and have a dorm to myself with private washroom and shower! The shared kitchen was fairly well equipped and there was lots of space to store and cook your food. When I arrived someone had left some belongings and garbage in the room, and when I told the receptionist he offered to switch my room. The hostel is a bit far away from the centre-ville but is well worth it if you're travelling on a budget. | ||

| Really great hostel, stayed here while I was searching for a student flat in the town centre. Everyone is really friendly and the hostel is well equipped. Very far from the centre of grenoble though - you need to get a bus and a tram. | ||

| A few details were a bit vague like breakfast and checkout and where things were located but all in all very nice and a friendly place to stay | ||

| the only problem with this hostel was that the key cards didn´t work properly so we needed to try it over and over again everytime we wanted to open our door; although the lights in the toilet were not working properly. the location is great with easy access by bus to central station and the city center. | ||
