| My stay in Golant YHA was very good. It is an idyllic location in itself, throught the fields to get there! Nice views from the hostel to the river. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. | ||

| A High School art class was visiting from London and the dish washers had apparently broken, which put pressure on the staff and their efficiency. | ||

| the hostel is rather hard to find (at least without satnav) and the "road" to it is quite unhealthy for the car. the house is nice, but the upper level of the beds are a bit too low (you can't really sit in the bed if you're not a child, lying is comfortable though^^). the offered breakfast was yummy and the self-catering kitchen was surprisingly clean for a youth hostel :-) | ||
