The shower wasnt hot which is a little rubbish if its a cold wet day outside - which is pretty a regular occurance in Ireland

Main/head staff were great. The younger ones need some tuning: smile and more welcoming when first arrive... pretend everyone is a first timer. Great stay overall.

Beds weren't very comfortable, it's easy to hear conversations in the next room, and they charge extra for things that other hostels include in the room price.

Beds weren't as comfortable as one may expect and the hot showers were difficult to get (I mean, not hot enough). Common areas are comfortable. The location is indeed fantastic and would probably stay there again.

Kitchen basic but OK. Need to improve availability of storage space for food of self-catering visitors. Also need seperate cutlery in self-catering kitchen.
