The youth hostel is located within walking distance from the city centre. The accommodation is in double and three bedded rooms. Ghadames it is the gateway to the Libyan Sahara and is one of the oldest cities which is characterized by the continuity of life to the present time. The first thing that attracts the visitors attention is the type of architecture and building system to go with the Sahara environment, and the city it has been recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
