Our Kitchen provides an international buffet and our conference rooms with space for 15 – 400 people are very popular indeed.

| The cards for the doors always have to be updated, because they stop working suddenly, this really piss people off. The shower system is interesting, because it saves water, but its timing is too short and you have to press almost every five seconds to have water, and that is not time enough, got to fix that. I think also that the breakfast hours are too short and too early. | ||

| I liked everything concerning the services at the hostels, but here are some things I'd change: 1) they charge you 6 euros for a shower towel, which you actually buy; all the other hostels I stayed offer you a towel for a refundable fee, once you return it. Having to buy a towel was a hassel in the end becuse it's one more pice in your luggage that you actually did not have to carry; 2) the front door closed at 2am - if you go out and come back at 3 am, you will be out in the street until they open it again. How abt using an automatic entrance system with the same card you get for your room? Other than that, be aware that this hostel is full of teens and early 20-year-old people, so you'll have to adapt to that atmosphere. The place is actually very well located and convinient to walk to all the major museums and the historical center. The breakfast is great and the staff is super helpful and polite. Great choice.

| Nós só podíamos chegar de madrugada no hostel antes das 2am ou depois das 6am. Achei isso um absurdo. Nunca vi controlarem a hora que a pessoa chega e sai do hostel. | ||

| tudo ok, pessoal muito simpático, é a treceira vez que fico nest albergue e sempre fui muito bem atendido. Café da manhä muito bom. Local agradavel e proximo a barzinhos e locais para transporte público de facil acesso. | ||
