| the internet 24hrs should be 24hrs to use and not one day | ||

| Staff was not friendly, place crowded, lots of noise at the runners and room (thin walls?). Towel is sold instead of rent. I do not recommend and I will not come back - that's for sure. | ||

| Great friendly atmosphere in the bar of an evening, good variety at breakfast, close to Altstadt and city centre, if coming in by train I recommend just walking for 20 mins along the riverside, one thing I will say is the showers where a bit awkward to use and are pretty much just a tap in the wall, otherwise good, would come back | ||

| Perhaps I'm downgrading because I just overall had bad experiences in Frankfurt, but I wasn't a huge fan. It took me forever to get INTO the place, because only one door would open, and even then, someone on the inside had to open it for me. It was ridiculous! | ||

| I used the youth hostel in Germany during four days. The staff had you correspond kindly. Although the German could speak only about a few, it corresponded in English, was obtained and was saved. I would like to use, when going to Germany. | ||

| WiFi cost 2 Euro for an hour, and 5 Euro for 24 hrs. But other than that, pretty good. Nice lunch at the place for 5 Euro! | ||

| The internet is too expensive and doesn't work very well. Other than that, it was all well | ||

| I appreciated the directions on my conformation sheet with bus and public transportation route numbers. Very helpful!!! Staff accommodation to a available room change was appreciated. The food was good and hearty after a long day travelling. | ||

| The hostel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient, but the hostel didn't have a very vibrant culture. It may have just been the time of year, but it was very quiet. | ||
