This is a good hostel and is definitely worth the money. It is an attractive building in a safe part of the city, so there is no reason to worry about security. Most importantly, the staff is incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to help us, setting us up with a guide for the Ancient Medina, and recommending a three-day car tour of the mountains and desert between Fes and Marrakech. I would recommend this hostel to anyone, as its staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered.

Amazing hostel! Abdulla is an absolute legend. Fes was our first stop in Morocco, and Abdulla made us feel right at home. He gave us lots of tips and did us many favours. I have stayed in many hostels, and I can say that his service is unparalleled anywhere. Highly recommended.

massive breakfast, lovely rooms and staff, lockout a bit inconvenient but then Fes doesn't really have much of a nightlife!

The hostel was clean and quiet and a breakfast of coffee, orange juice and croissants was included. Its in the new town which isn't that interesting but you can take a taxi to the medina relatively cheaply.

Abdula is a very kind ,nice and helpful person, the location is good! Don't trust the guys outside the hostel, they made some rumors about Abdula, do not trust them.

They don't give breakfast (wich is included in the price) during ramadan. No problem about that because is possible to buy some food near the hostel. However, it would be better if these impossibility of serving breakfast was told when making the reservation.

I had a good stay at the beginning of my trip in Marocco, so I looked forward to end our trip 2 weeks later in the same hostel. I already informed the staff that we would stay only 1 night instead of 2. But, when we arrived and I told about the second night that we couldn't stay, the men bursted out to me and got really angry, saying we had to pay 2 nights (I understand it, even though I informed the staff 2 weeks earlier and for the second night, we were still more than 24 hours at time to cancel to reservation). I ended up paying for 2 nights, and staying just 1. The thing that really did upset me, was that the men was so mean and angry while I only said that I made an mistake in the reservation. I don't find this a good and polite way to treat your customs.
