The hostel in Fågelfors has a history dating back around a hundred years. At the hostel you can relax in a peaceful and natural environment with the woods nearby. Fågelfors is not far from all the famous glassworks, Astid Lindgren´s World can be reached in an hour and Oskarshamn and ferry to Gotland in 45 minutes. The fault ravine More Kastell is well worth a visit and lies just outside the town. The hostel is also close to two beautiful lakes Övrasjön and Lilla Klobosjön. Both have bathing places and a scenic road that invites leisurely walks.
