Etroubles is situated in the extreme north of Italy, in the Gran San Bernardo Valley at 1700 meters a.s.l. The landscape is really fascinating and the existence of the little village was even documented from 1130. The small Youth Hostel has been realized in an ancient building next to Echevennoz Chapel, a little Church rebuilt in 1733. Its front is enriched with an interesting fresco reproducing the Virgin Mary and people wearing ancient cloths. Due to its wonderful location, the Youth Hostel is a perfect solution for winter sports lovers.
