This converted barn and farmhouse is situated in the peaceful village of Elterwater. Outdoor activities are available for all levels plus easy access to the Cumbria Way, road and mountain biking trails and crags for rock climbing. Or simply enjoy the fresh air, countryside and gentle river walks.
Explore some of Lakeland’s most dramatic scenery from the hostel, including Little and Great Langdale. Home-cooked food is available in our licensed restaurant. Accommodation is in 2-6 bedded rooms and facilities include cycle store, self-catering kitchen and evening meals.

| there is no parking at the hostel and limited parking in the small village. The villge is off to itself, away from Eldemere etc. but this also means there are attractive walks right out the front door. | ||
