| The staff were very unfriendly and pushy, they consistently failed to explain there actions and were very unorganised. Keep all receipts, as these guys are a bit of joke when it comes to management and customer service. (Fyi, I don't expect 5 star service from a hostel, but I do have a minimum expectation, and taking 3 phone calls while trying to get a single answer from the staff is pushing it) | ||

| Most part was great, but I stayed only 2 days but They make me change the room. So, I stayed other room day by day. Also water system was poor. I and roommates couldn't use hot water even Winter now!!!!!!!!!!!!! | ||

| The reception lost the keys to a safe containing mine and 2 others passports and it took 5 hours to get them back after having to find a locksmith to break into the safe. They had no spare key! | ||

| The hostel is okay. Rooms also. I like the location, it is 300m from the green metro line Stadium Station. Get here from the airport is a bargain with the metro.
Breakfast is worse than what you might be used in hostels. The worst point is the staff, who seems to not care at all about customers. I've never seen them smiling.
Of course, when you pay 30 bucks a bed... There is no value for money, but Dubaï still lacks a good hostel offer. I was used to a better quality from the HI network. | ||

| I was very dissapointed when i arrived at the hostel as it was so far out of the city, as the online ad said it was walking distance and it was clearly not. The staff there were so rude and very unhelpful, any questions i asked they would rudely avoid answering and all they were interested in was selling off tours which i dare say they were getting a cut out of. Generally hostels are welcoming, helpful and clean..this hostel was disgusting. There was never any toilet paper in any of the toilets and when i would ask for some it was like the hardest job in the world for them to get some out of there store which was right in front of us.All in all i hated every minute of staying there and there and i cant stess enough how incrediably rude the staff there are. I know plenty of people that wouldn't have taken the way they spojke to me as well as i did. | ||

| Breakfast was very poor. But it was good to apply the optional tour in the hostel. | ||

| The man I dealt with at the front desk (on the first day I was at the hostel) was very brusque when he spoke to me. He speaks English with a heavy accent and he also speaks too quickly. Not only that, but there was a dismissive attitude in his demeanor. He didn't want to spend time explaining things.
He also explained quickly that internet was available and how much it cost, but when it came time to use it, I found that he had to call a special employee over to connect a cable to get it up and running. Later, I found that only one of the computers worked and that I therefore could not use the internet while another person was using the one available computer.
