| everything was fantastic except for the bathrooms - no hot showers, just lukewarm, and everything was a bit creaky. But great staff, extremly helpful and knowledgable. also wonderful beds, very cozy. | ||

| No hot water, poor breakfast, staff make you feel unwelcome, awful place, go somewhere else. | ||

| They are a little disorganized. When I made the check in they didn´t check my booking in their computers. Maybe other person could take my room and I could lose my booking. In the first night our shower was not working. | ||

| Hostel was very small and freezing cold. We had no hot water for the first day and night, so we checked out and stayed somewhere else, as we could´nt stand another cold day and night with no hot water!! | ||

| For the price you can get a much better hostel in cusco. My dorm didnt have a lock on it, there was no hot water and the building is in need of some tlc. however the staff are lovely and the location is near enough to the centre. | ||

| Worst hostel we stayed at. No locks on doors, one room had no sucurity bars at window. Never any hot water for shower. Laundry not returned on time. Stale bread at breakfast, minimal butter and jam. Small kitchne where one could cook, make hot drink was great. Luggage storage safe. | ||

| The location was great, near the main street and 10 minutes walking from the main square of the city. The staff did everything to help me when I asked to have a room with hot water. The bed was warm and comfortable. The ordinance is padlocked overnight. I recommend to everyone. | ||
