The floors in the rooms were really dusty. I don't know if there was a daily cleaning service? It would have been really great to have breakfast included.

Close to the central station, it's a 5 star hostel. Free wifi. The only drawback is that everything else is paid, including bed sheets.

Central, clean, comfy and good value. Staff friendly and helpful. You have to pay extra to hire linen and towel but still doesn't make this a bad value place to stay. We'd definitely go back. If you are lucky enough to be given a room high up- we were on 15th floor- the views over Tivoli and the city centre are amazing.

Credit Card Machine did not work, it was 9 guys and 1 girl and 1 bathroom (which was not cleaned at all), they had just re-opened after 2 weeks of renovations (or at least that is what they told me) but I could not see what they meant (everything was just old), left unopened bottle of Mirinda in the common fridge and next day it was halfway empty (no respect for other belongings) and kitchen was just dirty from day one, staff was friendly but outside of the reception area it seemed as they did not care for what happened. NOTE : If you intend to use your credit card in Denmark and most scandinavian countries, you will need a PIN to purchase anything at the train stations and grocery stores, call your credit card company and asked for a PIN...(we did not know this and it took a day to get a PIN because it was really hard to contact our credit card company).

Very helpful staff, quiet room with an excellent view. In easy walking distance of both the centre and the new Uni campus.

- the last teenager guest smoke weed in room and left the ash in the backet. room smell is bad full of smoke. - the room from other group snored the whole night, friend of mine could not sleep for 10 min. - the bath room are dirty with wet rotted napkins in the floor of bath. - the faucet is covered with dirt and water mark. i guess without maintenance for quite few weeks. - the 8 people dormitory is hard to clean. i understand, because people come and go without any interval. but question is do you have any time to let the room empty without booking so you can clean the room at least once a week. it not only make customer happy but also protect your investment.

Great hostel in Copenhagen. I stayed there in a private room with 3 other friends for one overnight. It is centrally located, the staff was friendly and informative, and the bar in the lobby was reasonably priced. One recommendation, bring your own sheets or you will have to rent them from the hostel. We all skimped on that and just slept on the mattresses bare. It was ok, but I wouldn't suggest it. Overall great value
